New Lens - Sigma 50mm f1.4 EX HSM - Samples inside

Just received my new prime lens today.

Sigma 50mm f1.4 EX HSM. Man oh man, what a piece of kit this is. This is not your standard "nifty fifty". The build is amazing, solid, bulky (which I love). The texture of the lens is "felt" like...not plasticky or metallic. Big 77mm front element staring you in the face.

HSM is fast, quiet and accurate. My initial impressions are very favorable. Miles above my legacy Minolta 50mm f1.7.
What more could you ask for? Fast aperture, stabilized, HSM...got it all.

Here are a few samples with minimal PP of the RAW in apple aperture. Body is Sony A350. These were shot wide open at f1.4, shutter speeds ranging from 1/15 to 1/60
