Best Picture Mode & WB Settings for Great Skins on D700- With Samples Please

Hi all! I have been trying to get that natural skin tones with some of the settings I read on, but I can't seem to get my photos come out with great skin tones like some of the posts I have seen on here. I'm shooting mostly portraits in outdoor settings and occasionally combine with 2 AB1600s. My photos mostly come out with either too yellowish or too bluish. I tried Cloudy WB for outdoor and D2X Mode 1 & 2, and also tweaked saturation and hue; but still the photos don't come out nice in term of skin tone color, I have to do a lot of post processing. If anyone has found a perfect setting to get that great skin tone. Please let me know, and please include samples so that we can see the result of that settings. Thank you so much.
