Voigtlander 40mm F2 Ultron -- does yours over-expose?

Hi,

I just got a Voigtlander 40mm Ultron and I notice that when I use it it tends to over expose, and I have to adjust the exposure compensation down by .7 to 1 stop.

Is this a defect or normal?
