No flash allowed indoor wedding settings?

I JUST got my D700 today and would like to use it at a wedding next weekend. The event is indoors - no flash allowed - low light!

Can anyone suggest camera settings/lens combo that make the D700's low light capabilities shine?? What do I need to tweek to make this 'work' for me?!?! I have SO little time to play with it and learn it between now and next weekend!!

Lenses I own:
Nikon 50 1.4
Nikon 24-70 2.8
Nikon 80-200 2.8
Nikon 18-200 VR
Also own Nikon D200 body

Thanks for any and all advice!!
