I need help with Smugmug

Hello all,
I would like to have some feedback or/and help from Smugmug users.
For a few years I'm smugmug-ing and it is a great site.

However lately was changed the way how I can link photos in a post let's say here in dpreview, I asked for help and I got fast a few, but none was helpful.

So the way I was using for years: I uploaded some photos, and made the decision, which photo(s) will go in a post. Usually I posted more than one photo. I selected the photo, in Share I did highlighted the address, and I dragged that address on the desktop. Same with second, third and so on.

I navigated to dpreview, and I start typing the text. In the right places I dragged the addresses from the desktop and voila the whole thing was simple.
Now looks you can copy one , when you are moving the pointer above the address.
The second will erase the first. So you can have only one.
Or I'm missing something?
That was a very convenient way for me, this is awkward.

I know you can open another window, and joggle between the two, but this is a step back for sure for me.

Please let me know if I'm wrong, or is another way around to do it in "old fashion" way .
Maybe I will start posting some photos again....
