I second what have been said here.
If you want one, take the 17-55. The 10-22 can also be usefull.
And don't carry the tripod, that's for sure.

But, to be honest, I think you'll not have a lot of time to switch lenses.

"Doing" all those cities (by train with luggage) in 12 days seems to me like some kind of marathon.

And you'll have plenty of things to capture with "just" one lens.
Too much of them in fact.
