G10 AF Continuous Mode
Mar 31, 2009

I've read some of the prior posts about Continuous AF, but I couldn't find this specific question asked or answered.
If my camera is set to AF continuous mode and I compose my picture and then immediately press the shutter button all the way down, will the camera be in focus when the photo is shot?
In other words, in this situation, would I need to push the shutter halfway for the camera to fully focus before pushing the shutter all the way down?
