First "model" shoot - CC on retouch
Mar 17, 2009

So, a friend of mine asked me to help him shoot for a client of his (Underwear sales), very last minute, and as a favor. I've never done model shoots, and had no idea what to expect. Still don't really Anyway, he supplied the location, model, makeup, lights, and a backdrop (no choice on color/quality), and I just showed up with my camera/flash and went to work.

I think the backdrop color hurt the overall shoot, given how dark it is, but other than that, I was hoping to get some thoughts on my retouch efforts. I had to soften the skin quite a bit, and adjust colors slightly, but not sure what else could be done, or if I did too much. Attached is one of the "better" results I think.

I'm not entirely clear on the posting rules, so I am not going to embed the direct images.
