LX3K Black Available at Broadway Photo

Anybody know about Broadway and the black LX3's they have available? I think they say "gray market" on the web page? Has anyone bought them? I would think they'd be a safer purchase than the guy on eBay if Broadway is a reputable store. Also, if they supply USA chargers requiring no adapters that would be excelent. And if menus in camera and if manual are in English.
Let me know if you know anything about them.
