Who stick with 14-54 after tried 12-60 ?

Hi,
after have tried 12-60 for a month (a very sharp and fast lens) I'm a bit
disappointed with the "in-hand" feeling of this great
lens (zoom ring smoothness and weight)).

Re-mounted the "old" 14-54 the feeling is very positive.
Tried on both E-3 and E-420.

Plus, on the E-420 the 12-60 is very difficult to operate the zoom ring, too much stiff.
My fist idea was to sell the 14-54, obviously, but after this
comparison I'm a bit confused......
I'd like to keep just one lens to operate on both cameras.

Someone with the same experience at the end sold the 12-60 and
held the 14-54 ?
