Seagate Momentus - 7200.4 500GB

I did a quick search, and I saw that at least a couple of folks may have installed this in their MBP. Just wanted to see if anyone else has upgraded their new Unibody MBP to the Seagate Momentus 500GB 7200RPM drive, and how the noise/heat was with this drive?
