Why no love for the TS1? Is it the ultimate consumer camera?

It looks like the TS1 will be an instant success. It shoots 720p(@ 60 FPS supposedly), is WATERPROOF, is shock proof, has a small but capable sensor, has a useful 4.5x zoom, and fits in your pocket without any protruding lenses.

What else would the average Point and Shoot consumer want? The samples so far look incredible when you consider the small sensor it uses. I haven’t seen any video samples but I can’t imagine they are any worse than the HD videos on the current Pannys.

So why does this camera not get any love? Everyone talks about the ultra zooms and the cameras with larger sensors. However, I wouldn’t take those cameras near water which is a real minus for anyone who has ever been to the beach.
Besides the 12x zoom what more does the ZS3/TZ7 offer?
