Running/Loading CS3 and CS4 on two different CPU

Is the any legal issues with running CS3 on my laptop and CS4 on my main PC? I upgraded from CS3 to CS4 and would like to run both. I sent and email to Adobe a few days ago but I have not gotten a response, yet. Would anyone here know it this would be any problems with Adobe. I would "re-register" my CS3 through my laptop.
Currently I am only running CS4 but at on point I was running both on one CPU untill I was able to move/copy all of my actions and plug-ins, with that being said could I run my plug-in on both (Noise Ninja, onOne Mask Pro, DXO Film pack)?
