5D2 and zuiko lens

Is there an adapter that will allow Olympus glass to be used on a 5DmkII and if so how would it work out? For instance, the Olympus 12-60 lens. If there was an adapter what would that lens be on the Canon and would it only work manually both exposure and focus?
