REALLY cheap web hosting anywhere?

Hi All, my web hosting and domain name have expired and I want to get some pictures online for the world to see.

The trouble is that the free web editors like google pages etc only seem to allow you to use their site layouts.... I want to be able to upload some simple HTML and my pictures. Nothing more.

Anyone know of anyone that offers free/very cheap web hosting (pref without banners) for me to display my pictures? The domain name/url is not important to me - I'll be linking to the page rather than relying on search engines finding it.
