pano stitch soft

for pano pics...what is the best soft?..or most accurate...
i've tried to demo some software but not great results...i mean for example...in a stadium with people moving around...and letting the soft stitch the pics together..the final pic is not real...there appears to have ghosts...etc..but the soft is best for non moving objects...bldgs etc....any soft recommendations or help?
