Minneapolis: What to shoot?

I'm going to be in Minneapolis at the end of April for a conference. I'll be at the conference on Saturday the 25th, and am thinking of staying over on Sunday and doing some photography. Might take a Monday morning flight back home to the west coast.

Never been to this area, so I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on where I might go? I'll be taking my 50D, Tamron 17-50 and Canon 70-200 f/4 IS. Could bring another lens or two.

Any ideas?
