5D2 and 1/3 stop ISOs

The 1/3 stop ISO steps of the xxD and xxxD cameras are fakes (numerical derivatives of the next lower respectively next higher full stop ISO).

The 1Dxxx cameras' sensors are supposed to support the 1/3 stop ISOs fully.

What about the 5D2?

I have a few raw files with 1/3 stop ISO, and the picture is contradicting. ISO 500 seems to be genuine, while 160, 320 and 640 are not. Furthermore, it is clear that LR/ACR mistreats the raw data with the intermediate ISOs even more than the others.

I need raw files with all intermediate ISOs, far overexposed , so that clipping occurs in all raw channels. Then I can determine, which ISO is useful when shooting raw, which is bad, and how ACR treats those raw images.

5D2 owners: pls upload such raw files if you want to learn how your camera works.
