Live.com cashback help.

I've been trying to get the 200.00 cashback on the d90. I signed in as a user to live dot com. Went to the ebay nintendo wii site and did a further search for d90. When I click buy it now, there is no mention of a cashback amount being accepted or not.
What am I doing wrong?
