Do any of you actually use the DOF Preview button?

It's an incredibly handy button. The image darkens as the aperture is decreased on the lens (and less light comes in), but it does give you an accurate preview of what the DOF will be instead of having to guess.

Do I use it all the time? No. I don't need it all the time. But in some shots, I find that it really helps me to figure out if my chosen aperture is just a LITTLE bit too small and will give me too much background, or just a little bit too large, and won't give me quite enough.
