Need pricing help---Billboards

Greetings all, I could use some help here....
I have been contacted by a small bank about using on of images that they found on Fotolia. The image on there is a RF shot and they want one which is larger. It will be used on Billboards. They are asking me for a price quote and honestly, I haven't got any idea how the heck to quote a Billboard image. Anyone have any ideas?
