Shutter actuations?

Ok, I've searched the forums here and elsewhere for this info. I'm trying to determine the shutter actuation count on my Rebel XSi. I've tried a few sketchy programs for other Canon models, but nothing specifically for the 450D.

Any tips?

My image count is only around 600, so with deleted pictures and such, I'm figuring no more than 1000 on the shutter. But it would be nice to know the exact number.
