Spyder 3 green color cast

Purchased this a couple of days ago and I can clearly see a slight green cast. I compensated for it by pulling down the green channel from my monitor’s menu but it defeats the whole purpose since the “calibration” is now based on my own eyes.

Have any of you experienced this and found a fix for it? Couldn’t find anything with the search.

The monitor I’m trying it on is LG L204WT.

This could be just something wrong with my monitor but right now, as a sidenote, I just have to say that this device is absolutely ridiculous. Sets you back 150eur while you’ll get better results with the OSX Display Calibrator.
