Dropped the 10-22; is it repairable?

I dropped my 10-22 twice recently. There's not much external damage, except for a couple of small scuffs. But I'm unhappy with the pictures it's taking. They're very blurred. Almost as if there's perpetual camera shake, and it is worse away from the edges. Here are a couple of sample photos:

Can this lens be repaired either by sending it to the Canon service center or by using the micro-adjust feature in the 50D (which I'm going to buy very soon)?
