They won't look like d700 photos!

Resolution is a good thing but when it is done at the expense of color fidelity then I'd rather have less resolution but higher overall quality, color fidelity in the first place.
Now have a look here:

Such color blotches on a practically monochrome surface detract more from the overall quality of a photograph than some less resolution.

I have been pondering over the upgrade either to 5d2 or d700 for some time now, and I find myself more and more inclined to taking a d700.
