Outside Portrait CC & Tips
Dec 1, 2008

I had my first "for-pay" photoshoot ever last weekend. I consider myself an amateur, and only did this as a favor for some friends, so I didn't have much pressure, in that I just told them to pay me what they felt it was worth after they saw the final edits. It was really fun, and I can definitely see myself doing this as a side job occasionally in the future.

However, I am still not comfortable with my final edits, and feel that more could have been done, which is why I come to you all here. I am looking for some ideas for further post processing, general comments and critique, etc. My friends were very happy with the pictures, but I'm always my own worst critic so I am not as happy with them as they seem to be.

I'm previewing 3 images (original, color, bw), and linking to the RAW if anyone feels the urge to give me an example of what they would have done. Appreciate any tips!! Thanks.
