Indoor church wedding what do you think...

I normally only do outside weddings. I did one other indoor wedding this year and was not really happy with my lighting performance. I think this one was much better. I had significant challenges with white balance and getting the lighting even as I was using 1 softbox with sb800 for the posed shots. I did a lot of dodging and burning to even out the light (time I wish I could have back). Now I understand 1 reason why so many in church pictures are in black and white...presto...no white balance problems.
For next year I need to upgrade my lighting set up to get more even light when I take the photo and save all that Photoshop time. By the way this was my first wedding with the d700. The auto ISO feature works like a dream...LOVE IT! Photos taken at ISO 3200 have no visible noise.
Constructive feedback welcome.
I added noise to this one for the black and white effect.
