I recently did some headshots of my sister for her acting auditions. She thought they came out very well. So did I. Here's a (very minimmaly adjusted raw version converted to jpg):

And my retouched version of the jpg out of the camera:

I think I'm pretty good with raw conversions, but I have to say if you nail the exposure , todays cams can really produce excellent jpgs. Do whatever you folks want, but the point of the shoot was to present as flattering pic of her as possible without going overboard. I look forward to seeing what the gurus can do.
