EPSON R1900 Not Recognizing Ink Cartridges

Well after 1 email and 1 phone call to customer support I have a New R1900 printer and a set of Ink Cartridges on the way.........FedEx Overnight from Epson. I told them I was getting tired of this printer not recognizing Ink Cartridges...........they said No problem all I need is some info and one will be Overnighted to you...............Thanks Epson for your Great Customer Service
