Canon G10 vs Nikon P6000

I am trying to decide on buying either the Canon G10 or the Nikon P6000. I have downloaded both these cameras user's manuals and still can't make up my mind. The GPS feature of the P6000 is interesting, but I am not sure that should be an important factor for buying a camera. The reviews for the P6000 are not positive for the new RAW format, which requires the Vista operating system. The Canon doesn't require Vista. I am also interested in the Canon SX1 IS, which not going to be sold for some time in the US, and is heavy. Help and suggestions welcome.
