Better an Olympus C-2100

Has anyone produced a camera that can equal the quality and sharpness of photos from an Olympus C-2100? I am asking a serious question. I still have the C-2100 and have tried out many cameras including SLR's and nothing comes close to the C-2100.
Being that I am older and shakier, image stabilzation is a must and none is better than the C-2100.
Your thoughts?
