Long story short:

Jill Greenberg was hired by the Atlantic Magazine to take photos of Republican Presidential candidate John McCain for the cover of the magazine.

During the photo session, she tricked McCain into posing with lighting she had deliberately set up to be bad.

Finally, she took the photos, manipulated them in photoshop, and put them up on her website. She then boasted about her manipulations, which she did for political purposes, on her blog.

Needless to say, the Atlantic Magazine is appalled by her actions. They feel her actions are a betrayal of what she was hired to do.

BTW, this particular photographer a few years ago terrorized children into crying, so she could photograph them as a political protest against the Bush Administration.

Regardless of how you may feel about politicians, her behavior crosses the limits of honesty and good behavior. I think the more people that know about her lack of ethics, the better. She shouldn't be working if she can't be trusted.
