One flash TTL and one flash manual trigger via EBAY trigger?!

I have a quick question. I have a canon 430 EX and Cactus Trigger (ebay wireless trigger). I've been playing around with off-camera lighting with the Cactus Trigger. My sister has a 430 EX flash also. Is there a device, cord, splitter or something that will allow my camera to trigger my 430EX flash on-camera e-TTL and trigger my cactus trigger at the same time to trigger my sisters 430 EX off camera in manual mode (of course aside from a 580 EX or ST-02)?
