Capture NX2 -- the ebook or the DVDs for neophyte postprocessor?

I just bought Capture NX2 and am new to postprocessing. Anyone have an opinion as to whether the O'Dell ebook or the Versace DVDs are better for a beginner looking to get up to speed on the basics of postprocessing?
