Not that it'll work for you, but it works for me:

DSLR with a fast, light wide: 24mm f2.8.
Kit lens in a diaper bag: 18-55 (only used when I needed true WA.

Last two trips I brought my 50mm f1.8 because it's so small, it's hard not to, but never used it.

Unless your shooting on a dark ride, Disney tends to have lots of "light" to work with (parades, etc.) so while there are many lenses that work better, I do get great results with the kit and prime.

As you can tell, I'm not much of a zoomer (other than with my feet).
