Filters?

What filters are people using? I've seen posts about IR filters, conversion filters (mostly wide-angle, both the Ricoh's and others), but what other filters are folks using?

I have a GX-100 and I have an B+W 092 IR, a B+W Polarizing Filter, and a Tiffen UV filter--all 43mm. I also have an extra 43mm cap for when use the filters.
