Help with lens decision - leica 14-150 or oly 12-60

I want (need) to purchase a better lens than the standard kit lens. I've been reading the comments on these 2 lens and both seem very good. If anyone has used (both) lens I would appreciate your particular views. I have an E1 and E300.
