Nikon to Canon lens adapter

Can anyone recommend or share your experience on Nikon to Canon adapter with AF confirmation chip with me ?

I have been looking into many places for the adapter ring including from high-price tagged novoflex to medium priced fotodiox and lower price range adapter on ebay but before I spend money on that I wish to get some feedback from friends here.

My concern is I know some of the adapter has a fix F valued programmed on to the AF chip which make the camera body thinks all lenses has the same F value (eg. 2.0) but does anyone know what if I have a lens that is faster than the pre-programmed F value? eg f/1.2

Any input or recommendation is much appreciated.
