D3 Sensor Cleaning

I am having one heck of a time cleaning my d3 sensor with Eclipse Sensor Swabs. I have already gone through 1 1/2 boxes of #3s, still not clean. I am going to try the smaller #1s next. I am also using the Rocket blow tool. Any advise on how to clean this sensor? I don't believe using the reference file is an option since NX2 is not my primary editing software, unless I am overlooking something.
