Tenba Sling bag - is this normal?

Hello,

I just received a Tenba sling bag from Adorama. I am not sure if the bag was not sewed correctly. Please see the photo below. Basically the front panel of this bag looks "twised" anti-clockwisely, which causes the front and back panel to not align correctly.

I am not sure if that is by design. Can anybody who has the same bag tell me if your bag look same?
