Any experience with RITZ Camera??

Does anyone have any experience with Ritz camera? I took extended warranty for my D70S from them. I am having some trouble with it for some time - it would not turn off.
When I bought the extended warranty they told me that every repair is free, but now they are telling me that it takes four to six WEEKS for them to get it back to me. Does that actually take that long?
Also, if the problem with the camera is irrepairable, they said that they would replace with "EQUAL OR BETTER" camera available in the market. What do you think that would be?
