Bodies vs. Lenses: Which is more a factor in why you own Canon?

Just curious if it's the bodies or the lenses that are the bigger factors in drawing you to Canon?

Since buying the 5D, it's been the lenses that keep me Canon.

Now that Nikon has the D700, I'm seduced by the body, but when I look at lens selection, I'm not seeing the selection I want -- light F4 zooms, fast wide angle primes, etc.

So it's not the 5D that will keep me using Canon. The D700 offers a body I prefer. But it may just be the lenses that keep me Canon.
