Umbrella adaptor options in the UK

Hi all,

I've been reading strobist far too much lately, and while I still don't understand almost everything in there, I would like to try some stuff. I'm trying to buy the bits and pieces I need, but I've run into a problem with the umbrella adaptor.

Can anyone advise an umbrella adaptor that comes with a hot shoe mount adaptor, or a hot shoe mount adaptor for the Manfrotto MN026 Lite Tite Swivel and Umbrella Adaptor ( http://www.warehouseexpress.com/product/default.aspx?sku=1005217 )

The only hot shoe adaptor Warehouse Express could advise me on the phone is the Nikon AS-4 which costs nearly three times as much as the adaptor I want to screw it to ( http://www.warehouseexpress.com/product/default.aspx?sku=1009095 )
