What are reasons NOT to upgrade from 20D to 5D?

Hi.

I'm going to purchase a 5D soon, and I am fully aware of the great benefits to the upgrade. It should be a great camera.

But. . .

What are a few reasons NOT to buy it? In other words, what problems are there with the 5D that I may want to be aware of?
