D3 does 'studio' portraits

I have shot some portraits for decoration of our new house. I shot the kids with their favorite things. The D3 and 85mm f/1.4 are a great combo. One or two sb-800s and a white umbrella and you're done. Funny thing is that I notice that I hardly ever use USM anymore. There is just so much sharpness and detail there. Good glass and a good sensor is all you need. Incredible. I had these printed on 11x18" at 400 dpi and the prints are gorgeous (ordered them on Kodak Endura Metallic paper and the prints are just 3D!)

Please C&C
