D300 Lightroom 'Capture NX' presets available

I have made my D300 Adobe Lightroom presets available for download. They emulate Capture NX's neutral, standard and vivid modes. As with (mine and other folks) previous D200 presets it's not possible to make an exact match with the Lightroom presets. Although LR has plenty of adjustments, Capture NX plays color tricks which to me seems to be 'not by the book'. Furthermore the 2 programs use different approaches when applying their demosaic algorithms. But the presets do share a lot of similarities with NX conversions. I have included handy presets for contrast, saturation and sharpening too.
