I want to see some low light images

I really enjoy this forum, after the bad experiences on others. I do find it frustrating though that there are a lot of 'look what my new camera can do' pictures, which in reality may well have been taken on anything. I want to see what the D3 can do in really tough conditions, the kind of conditions I work under day in day out. Available light, very little of it, 1600 at least, long lenses shot wide open and on very slow shutter speeds. Are there any available light stage photographers out there who can show me what this camera can do when really pushed?.

Other than that, keep the happy faces, happy dogs and glowing landscapes coming........... brightens my day.
