which diffuser?

which diffuser?

I have a d40 + SB400. I am looking for a good diffusor/bouncer to make better indoor shots using flash.
I am thinking of either
gary fong's puffer. That means that I can leave my flash at home. or
Sto fen Omni bounce for the SB 400, or
gary fong's origami, but it probalby doesn't fit my sb400.

Anyone any experience with these products, I need some advise. Maybe there are other alternatives which I haen't found yet?
