OT: Best FTP Program

Howdy folks,

Sorry for the off topic question but here goes.

I did a recent shoot for a wedding photographer, as second shooter, and she has requested that I upload the images to her website.

So I need to use a FTP program but I never have before. Anyone have one they like to use? Easy interface.
