Best Backup Software

I am looking for simple backup software... I dont want to do anything too fancy over a network... I have all my photo data on my internal hard drive.. I am also running two 250gb externals that I'd like to be in sync with my PHOTOS folder... Many of the programs I've found have way too many options and I am just looking for something simple that will keep my drives in sync... Any suggestions? Oh yeah, and freeware would be preferred...
